The GettingItDone Method

The Comprehensive Framework For Success provides a roadmap that guides professional growth. The CFFS is based on five integrative elements, and delivers over thirty tools.
01

Purpose, Value, and Culture

Establish a strong foundation by defining the organization’s core purpose, values, and culture to guide decision-making and inspire team effectiveness.
The Key Tool here is: The WHY?
The WHY; behind an organization’s existence is centred on its fundamental purpose and the motivations for its creation. Organizations are established to meet specific societal needs, whether that involves providing certain goods and services, addressing a particular problem, or driving social change. This foundational purpose acts as the primary motivator for the organization’s activities and decisions, distinguishing it from others and bestowing a unique identity. The WHY shapes and defines the organization’s mission, energizes its staff, and resonates with its customers in more profound ways. It forms the cornerstone upon which the organization’s values, culture, and strategic objectives are built, significantly influencing its operations and pathways to success.
